Neighbor Property Access Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is made on the above date, by and between undersigned property owner ("Neighbor") and Murphy's Tree Service LLC ("Contractor"), on behalf of their client at the neighboring property located at:

Purpose:

The Neighbor grants permission to Murphy's Tree Service LLC, its employees, agents, and subcontractors (collectively, "Contractor") to enter upon the Neighbor's property as reasonably necessary to perform tree work, including but not limited to:

• Retrieving fallen branches or debris.

• Accessing trees or work areas near property lines.

• Using equipment and personnel to safely complete contracted services.

  
  

Terms of Access:

1. Access is temporary and limited solely to the duration of the tree service project for the neighboring property.

2. Contractor agrees to exercise reasonable care to avoid unnecessary damage to the Neighbor's property.

3. Neighbor understands that minor disturbances to landscaping or lawn areas may occur and agrees to accept these as part of the access permission.

4. Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or unrelated damages.

5. This permission covers non-invasive access only and does not allow for removal of trees, structures, or other permanent features on the Neighbor's property.

   
   

Liability Waiver:

Neighbor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Murphy's Tree Service LLC and its agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising solely from authorized access as described in this Agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Acknowledgment:

By signing below, the Neighbor agrees to the terms of this Agreement and grants permission for access as described.
